E2E Operations and Maintenance is a 24 x 7 x 365 service available either as a complimentary warranty to any of its existing services till acceptance or a separate work package of Managed Services. The regular O&MS comprises of round the clock availability of civil, electrical and telecommunications field crews for the provision of immediate support in case of failure. On the other hand, if you have an existing network, E2E can support you and help you make the most of your investment and ensure you get the best availability with a professional Managed Services package.
Should your site experience failure, E2E will dispatch its field crew within 30 minutes of the reported failure. Our maintenance crews are fully equipped with test gear and common replacement parts to support your system failures. If you have unique system requirements, we are always willing to include these into our standard field operations.
